I didn't plan to become a driving instructor. I grew into it — and looking back, I think it's because I always had the drive to do things better than they were being done.
What I noticed early on is that most people don't fail because they lack talent. They fail because of unclear instruction — too much information at once, or an instructor who forgets what it feels like to be new behind the wheel.
That's what I do differently. I keep it clear, keep it calm, and I actually look at the person next to me — not just at how they drive, but at how they learn.
